Awareness.

Far too often, I move through the day with no true intent or awareness for how I conduct my thoughts. 

I let myself become absorbed by my environment or micro-tasks. I end my day wondering where the time went and feeling frustrated for not achieving as much as I could have.

It is only once we begin to bring awareness and attention to our thoughts, can we fully express ourselves through our words and actions.

I am slowly learning to bring attention to my internal thoughts and become aware of how I behave/ interact with the external world. Once I recognise how and when I lose focus, I can learn to bring myself back to the space. 

Ultimately, the way I conduct myself, via words and actions, is how I can measure the contribution and impact I can make.
