If you want to teach people a new way of thinking, don’t bother to teach them. Give them a tool. Through the use of that tool, they will discover a new way of thinking.

I would expand this further to say that if you give them a tool, you are empowering that person to personally create change in their life.
We don’t have all the answers. We only have lessons and knowledge gained through our own experience.
Empower them to have their own experiences.
They will learn the lesson that is relevant for them at that time.
