Every month, I take some time to reflect. To reflect on the month that has passed and look to the month ahead.
I have a set routine that I follow, which I established at the beginning of 2019. It includes an assessment of various areas of my life and some goal setting.
I find this is a great way to reflect on what has worked and what hasn’t. It highlights things that I said I would do but didn’t. It gives me a snapshot of where I am and where I want to be.
This process helps to ground me and set my focus for the month ahead.
