When is the right time to pivot? To change our approach and pursue a new direction?
Maybe it is when our work starts to get stale or easy. Or on the flip side, if we hit a dead end and are stuck.
It’s a hard call to make. Should we stay the course and maintain our commitment to this process, or make the change? Although the decision can be a hard one, it’s often one that has to made.
When we make the decision to pivot, it can suddenly breathe new life into our effort. Whether it’s a new project, or the same one that we have changed our approach toward, we feel recharged and energised to tackle it.
Where do you need to pivot? What needs to be re-energised?
