I actually had a really well planned out day; I trained at 6am, went out for a coffee to Commonfolk, wrote in my journal, hung out with some cool people, and was ready to get stuck into work (which included writing this blog post).
I had my “to-do” list of high value things that had to be completed and had spent some time planning out how/ when it was going to happen.
But as it tends to do… Uncertainty struck.
I got a call and ended up spending the majority of the day helping Sal’s folks do some home reno’s. It was stuff that needed to be done as soon as possible, so my plans went out the window.
Sometimes, we have a perfect plan in place. We spend the time crafting our day, we mentally and physically prepare. And yet even the best-laid plans can come undone.
It’s what we do next that counts.
To take action off the back of uncertainty. To keep taking steps forward toward our goals. To be brave when we must.
This week, the focus is on action.
Up to now, we have explored awareness and intent. We planned out our goals and what the roadmap looks like. Now, we begin to bridge the gap between reality and actuality. Where we are now and where we want to be.
