There’s no substitute for clear communciation.
If we want to have clarity over what we want, where we are all moving toward our goals (preferrably together), then we must communicate.
When we approach one another with integrity and radical transparency, we cultivate radical trust. When we have trust, we are able to connect more powerfully.
This doesn’t mean we have to divulge our deepest secrets or to trust blindly. It means we must come from a place of love.
Be generous with what you say and how you say it. Be open to things we might not want to hear, and know that it is comign from love.
