Create the conditions that will be conducive to the change you want to make.
Whether it is behaviour change you are seeking (i.e. habits) or change in other areas of your life, such as in your career or relationship, this is the easiest way to foster this change.
You must put yourself in an environment that will support the goals you are trying to achieve.
For example, if you are attempting to wake up earlier each day, set yourself up for success by creating the conditions that will make this a reality. Make your bedroom a perfect place for sleep by turning technology off and putting it in another room. Try to make your room as dark as possible. Read a book or do some meditation before bed. Get your 8 hours, even if that means going to bed earlier.
By creating boundaries and putting systems in place that will sustain our effort to change, we can remove the obstacles in our way. This also helps to motivate us to behave in line with our goals.
