What are the things you need to do to become better?
Of course this will be different for everyone. Everyone’s idea of what “better” looks like is different. We are in different seasons of life and at different stages in our development.
For me, at this moment, “better” looks like:
- Showing up on time and doing the things that I say I will do
- Telling more interesting and engaging stories
- Connecting with people on a deeper level
- Achieving my minimums every day (movement, nutrition, learning, sleep, etc.)
- Being present with the people I spend my time with
- Protecting and valuing my time against distractions
My goal is to be 1% better than yesterday.
