Use Scarcity.

Scarcity can be useful.

You can build a business on scarcity if you use the right messaging and have a product that people will value.

People want what they can’t have. So when there’s a limited supply of something, all of a sudden the value of that thing increases. If you manage the resource effectively, the rules of supply and demand dictate that value will increase.

If you can find a market for something that is scarce, you may be on to something. It could be something tangible, like an excellent cup of coffee or something intangible, like the feeling of connection.

The next step is packaging it up and shipping it out.
