Some of us are motivated toward reflection and patience. We take time to consider our next steps, or the pros and cons of a decision.
Others among us are motivated toward initiation. Toward taking action and beginning something.
There is no right or wrong way of being, however there needs to be balance. If we are too geared toward patience, we may procrastinate and put off taking action. If we are too motivated in the other direction, we may act too quickly and not think things through.
These two ways of action/ non-action can be strengths. Or they can derail us.
