When you look at your behaviour, does it meet the standard that you strive toward?
If you closely examine what you spend your time on, what content you read, the words you say, the decisions you make or the pages you write, do they accurately reflect how you want to show up?
I’m not sure about you, but I would like to show up (in everything that I do) in a way that reflects my values and ambitions.
Whether it is in my work, relationships, training, habits or projects, the approach is the same: I want to be a person that sets the example. Someone who acts with integrity, respect, kindness and courage.
I want this for you too. I want you to set an example for yourself and those who look up to you (and there are people who look up to you, regardless of who you are).
Be the role model you wish you had when you were young. If you had that role model, emulate their behaviour in everything that you do.
It’s time to level up.
