Emptiness.

We all have assumptions and different perspectives to the concept of ’emptiness’.

Automatically, when I first think of it, I assume it’s a negative thing.

I imagine an empty coffee cup, an empty petrol tank, a life with no connection, or a football game with no spectators in the stands.

Yet, emptiness isn’t an inherently negative thing. It can also reflect positive things.

A clear sky, with not a cloud in sight. Inbox zero, with no junk mail or things demanding your attention. A desk devoid of clutter.

Sometimes, the objective is to seek simplicity or minimalism.

Especially now, when all of a sudden we have the space and time to appreciate the little things or de-clutter our life.

We need a balance of empty and full. Make the most of this opportunity to reflect and set your intention.
