Just smile more.

When you are responding to an email, walking down the street, washing the dishes, on the phone or walking into a cafe.

This simple, easy action can change our entire posture.

In fact, I just did it while writing this. Automatically, it made me sit up straighter, I began to feel more joy in writing this post and made me look at it with a different point of view.
